Overview

Noble Concentrates is a cannabis company founded by medical professionals with a clear mission: bring pharmaceutical-grade rigor and credibility to the medical marijuana space. The brand aims to serve users seeking real therapeutic benefits—without the confusion and inconsistency common in the market.

I partnered with Noble Concentrates to help define their brand, clarify their market position, and develop a cohesive strategy across product design, messaging, and digital presence.


The Opportunity

Through early product testing, Noble Concentrates discovered a critical gap:

  • Users consistently asked where they could purchase the products

  • Medical cannabis users felt underserved and confused

  • The market lacked clear, trustworthy, medically positioned brands

While recreational cannabis branding was thriving, the medical segment had been neglected—creating a major opportunity to build trust and leadership.


The Challenge

The core challenge was not just branding—it was education and positioning:

  • How do you differentiate from recreational cannabis brands?

  • How do you communicate clinical credibility in a consumer space?

  • How do you guide users unfamiliar with full-spectrum products?

  • How do you support both end users and caregivers?


Strategy

We developed a strategy centered around three pillars:

1. Medical Positioning

Establish Noble Concentrates as a pharmaceutical-grade wellness brand, not a lifestyle cannabis brand.

  • Emphasize formulation

  • Highlight bioavailability and efficacy

  • Reinforce non-psychoactive benefits

2. Education-Driven Marketing

Because the audience lacked familiarity with full-spectrum cannabis, education became essential.

  • Develop educational outreach programs

  • Create dispensary staff training

  • Produce medical-oriented content and talks

  • Build trust through clear, informative messaging

3. Structured Product System

Introduce clarity into a confusing category.

  • Create a cataloging system for products

  • Explore medical-style classification (pain, stress, anxiety, etc.)

  • Borrow UX patterns from OTC pharmaceuticals

  • Standardize packaging language and usage instructions


Brand & Design Approach

Visual Identity & Packaging

The design direction focused on credibility and clarity:

  • Clean, structured layouts inspired by medical packaging

  • Clear hierarchy for dosage, usage, and benefits

  • Blue and green tones to reflect wellness and trust

  • Consistent system across product lines

Voice & Messaging

We defined a tone that reinforced accessibility

  • “Re-leaf Without the High”

  • “Re-leaf the Way Nature Intended”

  • “Full-spectrum formulated solutions”

  • Clear, benefit-driven communication for non-expert users


Product Ecosystem

Noble Concentrates launched a range of medically positioned products:

  • Topical Roll-On (fast-acting pain relief)

  • Oral Spray (convenient, discreet dosing)

  • CBD Capsules (“Lids”)

  • Wellness Spectrum formulations

  • CBD Skin Formula

Each product was designed for specific use cases and supported by educational messaging.


Target Audience

Primary Users
